At Trinity Veterinary Hospital, we recognize advancements in the care for the surgical patient. No longer are surgeries considered "routine", but a complex balance of physiologic and psychological needs of the individual animal. All aspects of your pet's care are evaluated before each procedure: pain, anxiety, anesthesia, the surgery, recovery and post-op care at home.
Vaccinations are vital to prevent contagious infections from causing significant disease. As pets age, their individual needs change and it is important to tailor a vaccination plan according to these needs. Our doctors follow official AAHA & AAFP guidelines and recommend a plan according to the needs of the individual pet.
Diagnostic testing lets us take a closer look at the internal workings of your pet and helps us find underlying conditions before they become a problem. Although physical exams can tell us a lot, there are some signs of disease that can only be detected with diagnostic testing. Whether your pet is sick or healthy, it is important to understand what's going on inside their bodies.
Class IV laser or "cold laser" therapy is the use of an intense beam of light directed into tissue to reduce pain, reduce inflammation and accelerate healing. Laser lights are simply a uniform and orderly light with a single wavelength. When used in therapy, it causes a process called photobiostimulation.
